When we have life events that we celebrate, we eat cake, and a lot of it. Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, you name it. We eat the cake. And in the name of health, we often shove it away or say, "No thanks, I'm watching what I'm eating."
I've recently started to take my health journey more seriously. With a family history of . . .
Love is patient. Love is kind... We've all heard that before, right?
Love has been on my mind a lot lately. The way we give it. The way we show it. The way we receive it. The way it brightens our days and breathes meaning into the darker spaces. In a world that can be so hateful, it is easier to . . .
